Hi friends!
I wanted to share with you a gorgeous online store that has recently been launched by Aussie husband and wife duo, Leslyn and Andy. Their online store – Jasper and Eve, combines boutique designs with smart, socially responsible values. Not only have they got a range of beautiful and unique home-decor pieces, but they have made sure to stock products that are sustainably sourced and ethically produced. I personally LOVE their taste and could buy every item on their site!
This is what Leslyn has to say about her store:
“We love interior design but we found that sometimes we weren’t sure how big a footprint we were leaving on the world. Our items are provided with a detailed description which include our values: that’s things like being ethically produced, supporting Australian made or local designers, crafted using organic or natural material, or being produced in small runs. It’s great news for Australians looking to brighten up their home with stylish and socially responsible items”.
I thought I would share some of my favourites finds from Jasper and Eve with you all! Take a squizz at these beauties:
Barnyard Method Ewe
No peeps, your eyes do not deceive ewe (see what I did there?) This is a recycled cardboard, sheep bookshelf! Perfect for storing books and DVDs and a real talking point for your home.
Baby Pink Cross Blanket
Made from 100% cotton, this gorgeous baby blanket can be used a small lap blanket or cot blanket. I don’t yet know if I’m having a boy or a girl… but my heart just yearns for this, so maybe it’s a sign!
Cotton Grandelier Light
The shape of this beautiful light fitting is inspired by the various shapes of cotton balls during ripening, and pays homage to Australia’s oldest introduced crop – the cottonseed! It can be suspended two ways as shown in the pic, and black electrical fittings are available by request.
Gloh Vessels and Planter Range
Mix and match these colourful handmade vessels! Made from sustainably sources Australian timber, plant your favourite succulants in them or use them to store your pens and pencils. I love a pop of pink!
LOVE Black Watercolour Print
This hand illustrated and designed print was created at Rachel Kennedy’s home studio in Sydney. I think it would be a lovely addition to a wall in any home!
So these are my favourite 5 Jasper and Eve items, but there are many many more – just in time for Christmas! If you would like to see their full range, peek through their gorgeous pieces at www.jasperandeve.com.au
Have a snuggly Monday everyone – what happened to summer?
