Get ready to turn green with envy. This past weekend, we stayed here:
Our friend Trey owns this farm house in Pennsylvania and it is just exquisite! It used to be a Mill House until the 1950s when it was converted into a residence. Trey has owned it for over 20 years and has worked wonders with it!
It is four stories tall and Trey only recently renovated the kitchen on the bottom floor. How amazing is the kitchen island and the stone work on the walls?!
The dining room also sits on the bottom floor next to the kitchen. This gorgeous room reminds me of a scene from Camelot. The dark colours and rich woods blend so beautifully together.
This stunning chandelier is ready to catch the bad guy! With one swoop of my sword I shall cut the chain and trap my enemy. Mwah-ha-ha!
There are several of these heavy farm-house doors used around the house. They are just to die for.
The view looking across the snowy woods and bubbling river from the third floor. I am tempted to give up my city-living lifestyle and retreat to a farm house in the woods.
Thanks to Tray and Tim for a fabulous weekend away! The company was just as beautiful as the accommodation:)
